2 cup flour (I used a high gluten or bread flour. All-purpose will work)
2 cup of water
1/2 cup of salt
2 tsp of cooking oil
4 tsp cream of tartar
Food coloring
1. Mix flour, cream of tartar, and salt together in a bowl.
2. Add food coloring to the water
3. Add flour to a pan over medium heat.
4. Add oil and half of the water and stir until the mixture starts to clumps together.
5. Slowly add the remaining water until the dough comes together but is not wet and tacky/sticky. -Note: The type of flour you use will determine the amount of water you add.-
6. Make sure to mash out any lumps that form.
7. Stir until dough gets stiff.
8. Dump dough into a bowl or onto a plate.
9. All dough to cool.
10. Knead the dough until it’s smooth.
11. Roll the dough into a ball and store in an airtight container.
